Nine by Janine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order on the Website. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. Nine by Janine also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.
All prices listed on ninebyjanine.com are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Nine by Janine shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, Nine by Janine may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Nine by Janine will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event the Website accepts your order, the same shall be charged to your credit/debit card account and you will be duly notified by email, that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Nine by Janine’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card account.
Nine by Janine disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of information and context). Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (and all it’s subsequent amendments), including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. Nine By Janine values the privacy of information pertaining to all its users and associates. The insole and soles of your Nine by Janine sandals are made from vegetable tanned leather and will therefore be subject to marking over time. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is a natural process and part of the normal wear and tear of the sandals. Do not try to wash the insole.
Nine by Janine has made every effort to ensure that the products are described fairly, product information is correct and the colours and get up of our product is as accurate as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings (mobile/ desktop/other), we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered.
Nine by Janine does not represent and warrant that product descriptions, photographs, get up or other descriptions of the product or the content of the Website are accurate, complete or error-free.

Product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
We do not provide COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment method for our products. In order for us to process them on our end, all orders must be prepaid. Once you place your orders, your Nines will be delivered to you within 8-10 days from the time of confirmation of the order.
Holiday and weekend orders are processed the following working day.
Although we engage one of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in terms of coverage, by their reach. In case your shipping address is at a location not served by them, we will reach out to you, to work out the next best option – we wouldn’t want anybody to be deprived of their Nines!
We are unable to redirect orders or cancel orders, once items have been dispatched to reach you.
During festivals, pandemics, adverse weather conditions, and other force majeure events, there is a possibility of your shipment getting delayed. In such
cases, please bear with us, we ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

We use standard European (EU) sizes to help you pick your perfectly sized Nines. Please refer to the size chart we’ve shared here on our website before placing your order. If you have any queries about sizing (or otherwise), please feel free to write to us.
Unfortunately, we do not entertain return or refund requests, whether on sale or otherwise, since each pair of Nines is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans specially for you. Allowing for returns and refunds would also breach our zero waste policy. We are trying our best to avoid any kind of resource wastage, we hope you will join us in our sustainability endeavours by complying with our policies.
Your Nines shall be eligible for exchange only due to improper fit. Such an exchange can only be made for a pair in the same style and in the same colour, subject to the following:
• Your pair must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Hence it is advised to try on your Nines on a carpeted area, to avoid spoiling the sole.
• The shoe box is considered a part of the product, and sandals exchanged without it may be sent back to the customer.
• The sandals should be in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear here on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. Each design has a specific colour palette that we closely follow, and the same is also uploaded on our website. No exchange requests will be accepted for minor discrepancies in colours due to the reasons specified above.
• Customized orders for fit and colour cannot be exchanged.
Any exchange item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be eligible for exchange, and no reimbursement can be expected in such case.
A request for cancellation of an order shall be valid and accepted only if it is made within 24 hours of placing the order on our website. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, or orders for which a request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from placing the order. We reserve the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The purchaser agrees not to dispute the decision made by us, and accepts our decision regarding cancellation of the order.
