Ordering your Nines

Every pair deserves a thoughtful journey from our workshop to your wardrobe. Here is what to expect when ordering, receiving and caring for your Nines.

Shipping and delivery

Free Shipping

Free shipping on every order. No additional shipping charge is applied at checkout.

Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver orders within approximately 8–10 days after order confirmation. Orders placed during holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day. Unforeseen circumstances, festivals, weather and courier disruption may extend delivery times.

Payment and serviceability

Orders are prepaid, and cash on delivery is not available. Delivery depends on courier coverage. If your shipping address cannot be served, our team will contact you to explore an alternative.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or cancel the order. For assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

As our sandals are prepared for each order, we generally do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Nothing on this page limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Fit-only exchanges

If the fit is not right, you may request an exchange for the same style and colour, subject to the conditions below. Please contact our team first for instructions; do not send a pair back without coordinating the request.

Conditions for an exchange

The sandals must be unused and in the same condition in which they arrived. Try them on a carpeted surface, keep the original shoe box and packaging, and include proof of purchase. The shoe box is treated as part of the product.

Items not covered by the fit exchange

Custom orders for fit or colour are not eligible for standard fit exchanges. Minor colour variations between screen images and the physical product are not grounds for a standard exchange. Individual requests remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed. Please get in touch immediately if you need to make a request.

Care for your Nines

A little care for your favourite leather pair.

A little shade, please.

Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and damp to protect the leather and its finish.

Dust off the day.

Gently wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Use a light touch around metallic finishes, delicate details and embellishments.

Caught in the rain?

Blot gently with a soft, dry cloth. Air-dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated spot. Avoid hairdryers and direct sun. Do not wash your leather sandals.

Keep them in shape.

Lightly support the straps with the shape-retaining insert supplied with your pair when storing.

Protect the sparkle.

Store embellished Nines side by side with space between them. Avoid stacking or letting decorative details rub against each other.

A little extra care.

For sandals with a buckle closure, unbuckle the straps when putting them on or taking them off.

Never tug or force them.
