Free shipping on every order. No additional shipping charge is applied at checkout.

Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver orders within approximately 8–10 days after order confirmation. Orders placed during holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day. Unforeseen circumstances, festivals, weather and courier disruption may extend delivery times.

Payment and serviceability

Orders are prepaid, and cash on delivery is not available. Delivery depends on courier coverage. If your shipping address cannot be served, our team will contact you to explore an alternative.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or cancel the order. For assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Women’s sizing · Measure your foot length in centimetres (cm) and compare with the chart. Indian sizes use UK numbering.

Full circumference around the ball of the foot. Values are rounded to one decimal for display. The calculator uses precise references and the closest match; standard fit wins ties.

Make the fit your own

Enter ball girth for each foot to compare with our narrow, standard and wider fit references for your suggested size. The closest reference is used; equally close measurements favour standard fit. If your feet suggest different fits or fall outside the references, ask us before ordering. These options adjust the straps or upper only; sole length and width stay the same.

On eligible styles, wider or narrower strap fit costs ₹1,000 extra per pair. Choose your length size first.
