These terms apply when you browse or place an order with Nine by Janine. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. You must not use the store unlawfully, copy protected content without permission, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Our footwear is handcrafted and made to order. Materials, padding and construction vary by design; please read the details on your chosen product page before ordering. We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens. Contact us before ordering if you need help with sizing, fit, materials or customisation.

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free on every order. Orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not available. Any optional customisation charge is shown before checkout. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If a product is unavailable or a pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you. If we cancel an order after taking payment, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

We currently deliver within India and aim to deliver within approximately 8–10 days after order confirmation. This is an estimate; holidays, weather, courier disruption and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details.

Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not already been processed. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected or cancelled. Our made-to-order footwear is generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. Fit-only exchanges for the same style and colour are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Custom fit or colour orders are excluded from standard fit exchanges. These conditions do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

The store's text, photographs, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to Nine by Janine. Personal, non-commercial browsing does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute that content. External websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.

We use the contact details you provide to communicate about your order and respond to enquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
